There is absolutely no other person that I'd rather do life with.
Life isn't always easy and I'm learning this more and more as Jeff and I 'grow up.' There's big kid stuff. Adult stuff. Responsible stuff. And it can bring a person down. But I think the most remarkable thing about marriage is that its best during the not-so-easy. During the 2:00ams and early flights and endless to-dos and disappointments and hardships because in those midnights of life there's someone else to turn to. Someone else that has your back.
Today is Jeff's birthday and it's always tough to write a birthday post for my dear sweet hubby because there's just so much to say. He's sweet, kind, thoughtful, affectionate, HILARIOUS, and fun. He's a loyal friend, a doting son, a loving grandson, and an awesome brother. But for today I just want to say that Jeff has always had my back and that is what makes him the most amazing person ever because I am not easy to handle! Ha! And yet, he chooses me everyday. He cherishes 'us' and he nurtures our life and our future. So thank you for choosing me. Thank you for choosing us.
And babycakes, I will choose you every single day for the rest of my life too.
