Candace & Cory | Engagement

They come here all the time. After a long week of being apart, they come together and breathe together and just be...together. Carrying his guitar as they walk, she laces her finger through his hands, loving the strength that he brings to her busy life. Later, she'll lean against him and feel his arms move while he strums, lazily. He is so glad that she is in his life. And in a little while, she will be in it for a long time, and not just on these most precious weekends.

We got together with this awesome couple last weekend for a fun afternoon in La Jolla, and here's just a few of the favorites!!

Check out Candace's awesome shoes! When we talked prior to their engagement session I told her that there's two things I love: hot shoes, and beautiful eyes. She was on the ball with both!!

The power of the love these two share is contagious, I found myself getting really quiet a lot during the session, just enjoying sharing some pretty special moments, like this one.

Here's the thing about Cory. He's one of those guys who you meet, and you just want to hug right away. He's got this warm, caring demeanor about him that just makes you feel like you've been friends forever.

He plays guitar for her all the time, and she LOVES it! Can't you tell by the expression on her face?
