If you ask Nicole, it was love at first sight. If you ask Christian, it was love at first sight - for him. Much like the many other stories they laugh about together, this one only makes Nicole laugh even more - because he's totally right. Nicole was used to guys playing it cool. They always wanted to impress her, to show her how great they were. But they never listened and they never ended up being the true gentlemen that she desired. They never took the time to truly pursue who she was as a person and girl. So, of course, she assumed the same thing of poor Christian when they met through mutual friends. He was reserved, but sweet. Shy, but incredibly kind. And he knew instantly that Nicole was the girl he had always waited for. So when he showed the fun, independent Nicole that he was for real, it was love at first sight - almost - for her too.
Christian and Nicole live and play in Point Loma, so we met up with them in their favorite part of the neighborhood and knew instantly that this was going to be a great time. Mostly because both of these guys have absolutely DYNAMITE smiles. I mean, c'mon. How cute are their kids going to be??
These two put the "seriously" in "seriously, stinkin' cute."
Christian can make Nicole laugh with nothing but a look and a wink. It's hysterical!

We stopped by the Living Room Coffeehouse, one of our favorite places in Point Loma, and I love this series.
Even after living in Point Loma for a number of years, Jeff and I finally noticed this big greenish wall. Purrrr-fect.

Wish I could have commented on the individual shots. LOVED ALL OF THE PICTURES at Sunset Cliffs…Kaya looks like a little diva like her mama and Ava is such a daddy’s girl. The open mouthed laughs, the back hug where Nicole’s eyes were closed, the one where Christian’s kissing the side of Nicole’s head with the open mouthed smile…all so, so awesome!! I smiled while looking at some of the pictures of you guys hugging and kissing…really a true love that I can’t say about so many I know.
