Love has a way of timing everything perfectly. Like that sweet first kiss on your doorstep, or the warmth of a hug when you need it most. Emily and Josh met on a disastrous blind date. Nothing went right. Both of them were tired, and neither of them was interested. And it was perfect. You see, they weren't ready for what love wanted to bring them. So they just had to wait.
A few years later, Emily had lived and learned and grown into an even more beautiful and spectacular woman. Josh had lived and loved and stepped much closer to kind of man he longed to be. They were different people now, and the timing was perfect. Emily was nudged into another blind date, and little did she know, but Josh came walking back into her life. This time, the timing was just right.
Emily and Josh are incredibly joyful people. From the moment we first met them, Jeff and I could tell that these two truly love life, and they take full advantage of the joys that life has to offer. So it totally made sense when they asked if we would come out to Vegas to shoot their engagement session at one of their favorite getaway spots - the Palazzo hotel. We spent some time shooting around the beautiful spaces of the hotel and then went out to the Neon Museum's Boneyard to have some fun. We did a total of two shoots and four different locations, so we're splitting up their sessions into two installments. There's just too much goodness to share!!

These guys were so much fun and were up for anything. I have to give them major props for being so energetic and adventurous! We started at the hotel - and I have to tell you, the suites at the Palazzo are simply FABULOUS!
