She glowed from across the room, filling the space between them with rays of warmth. Her eyes sparkled when she said hello, and her smile lingered like a soft perfume when she walked away. Every day she came to work, and Chris' heart skipped with joy to see the most beautiful girl he had ever known. Even though they worked together, he had to take a chance on these feelings and find out just how incredibly special this girl was.
As silly as it may sound, Natalie and Chris melt together, like creamy fondue or warm marshmallows. Its as if their love is a warm campfire and we just get to sit next them to warm our hands and hearts. One look from Natalie, and Chris softens. One touch from Chris, and Natalie glows. His gentle hands hold her quietly, but his strong arms hold her safe. She follows his lead effortlessly, knowing that he will protect the love they share. As Jeff and I photographed Natalie and Chris, it became quickly evident that they would not hide their love for each other from the camera. Even when the sporadic rain would come pouring down, Chris would simply pull Natalie underneath their umbrella and make her giggle. We had such a fun time hanging out with these two and their wedding is going to be amazing!!
Natalie and Chris gave us free reign of locations in San Diego, so we chose to spend our afternoon exploring the University of San Diego campus. These two were awesome for letting us be so creative and inspired during our shoot! Especially since the weather couldn't decide if it was going to be pouring rain or warm and sunny!

Then we found the cutest bike and just had to use it. I love when our couples are up for anything and just want to laugh and have fun. It makes the pictures so cute! Plus, it helps when you're wearing the most adorable shoes in the world!
About two seconds after we took this picture, the rain started to come down again. No worries! We brought the umbrella!

After playing around with the umbrellas in the sunshine, we had to run for cover from a sudden downpour! But don't worry, it stopped 30 seconds later...
