This past weekend Erin and I got a bunch of the folks from the San Diego Pictage User's Group (SD PUG) together for an awesome afternoon of hanging out, shooting, and learning from one another. One of the coolest things about Pictage is how much they dig fostering a community of photographers and Erin and I have the pleasure of getting to lead the San Diego users group for Pictage!
So the question is: What do you get when you take three awesome couples, one amazing home, and 20 crazy photographers? One awesome day of shooting!! The whole idea behind having the shootout was to get people together so that we could learn from each other, and see how we do things differently, so that we could all become better photographers. We all had such a fun time, and I think we'll be doing this on a more regular basis!
Last night at the PUG we had everybody bring their favorite 5-10 images to share with everybody, and so I thought I'd share my top 8 on the blog, too. Watch for Erin's top 10 tomorrow

Matt & Jourdan! They just celebrated their one year anniversary, and I was soooo excited to get them to come down from the OC for this. Erin and I shot their wedding last year, and it was awesome to see them!
Jordan is absolutely stunning, and Matt is such a stud!!
