Danielle's savvy wit, stubborn ambition, and winning smile bolted her through her career. She knew where she wanted to be in her life, and she knew exactly how to get there. James' relentless charm, dashing eyes, and strong handshake carried him through the military and into a stellar career. It was their fun-loving personalities that brought them together, but something deeper has truly united them. Danielle lights up under James' smile, and James becomes mighty under Danielle's loving touch. Both are strong and willing individuals, but together they are truly fabulous. In fact, just like Jeff and I, these two photograph weddings together, and they are a dynamite team.
James and Danielle held a fabulous wedding right in the middle of downtown La Jolla overlooking The Cove and the entire La Jolla coastline. They found a beautiful patio at the La Jolla Financial Building and built an amazing wedding from the ground up. These two get major points for finding this unique location and transforming it into the wedding of their dreams! A big thank you goes to Rae for coordinating the day and to Gary of Sounds Perfect Entertainment for making everything run smoothly.

Danielle and James got ready at the La Jolla Cove Suites overlooking The Cove and La Jolla Shores.
Jenn of Stila Cosmetics was the artist behind Danielle's beautiful makeup. Danielle looked stunning all day long through sun, tears, hugs, kisses, and dancing!
We had so much fun hanging out with the bridal party - these guys can get CRAZY!
The girls were so adorable. I could have photographed them for hours!
Michelle at Sweet Pea Flower Company did a fantastic job on the flowers.
The lighthearted ceremony had plenty of laughs - which always makes for a great time. I love it when couples can loosen up and have fun while getting married!
After the ceremony, we explored Prospect Street during the best light of the day. Danielle is so cute.

No detail was left untouched at the reception. I love the personalized centerpieces and custom cocktails in the jars!
They set up a candy bar near the entrance and since Jeff and I generally stay away from the cocktails, we had plenty of skittles instead!
With these two, there was absolutely no question that the cake smashing was definitely going to happen, and they didn't disappoint!
After all of the drinks, toasts, and cake, the lights went down and it was time to partaay! And bel-EEVE me, this wedding was a PARTY! I'll spare some of the more *incriminating* photographs, but I thought these were cute!
James and Danielle: Thank you so much for your friendship over these past months and for the fun that you always bring to our lives. We know we're in for a good time when we hang out with you guys! We know you two are made for each other, and we can't wait to see where life and love take you!
