It started at Easter when their two families officially met. They came together to celebrate as one big family unit, and Griffin and Neva watched their moms connect and their dads become buddies.
She had been dating Griffin for years, since those first sorority and fraternity days back in college, but their life together didn’t feel REAL until everyone came together from BOTH sides.
Her lifelong dream was for their two families to become one beautiful legacy together.
At the end of the weekend, Neva’s dad turned to her and said, “Sweetheart, that’s the best family you could possibly marry into.”
And that, for her, was EVERYTHING.
Even though Griffin and Neva were both born in Chicago (Fun Fact: they were delivered by the SAME doctor! Whaaaa??), Neva grew up in Connecticut and Griffin grew up in La Jolla, where he spent his growing up days with his buddies at Windansea.
So it meant the world to him to document his future by sharing this special place with the love of his life for their engagement session.
I’m IN LOVE with these two and their adorable shoot. First, these two knocked it out of the park with their incredible outfits. A tailored look and a beautiful flowing dress at the beach?? Yes please!!
Second, they were perfectly romantic and sweet together in front of our cameras and didn’t hold back on the laughs, cuddles, or smiles! LOVELOVELOVE!
Griffin & Neva: I mean seriously – sessions just don’t get much better than this!! Yes, the weather was perfect. Yes, the location was AHHH-mazing. But what made it so great was your incredible hearts and the way you love each other. If your engagement session was any indication, your wedding is going to be a tear-fest and a love-fest! WE CAN’T WAIT.
