The flowers, the colors, the textures – oh my!

Call me flowery, but photographing the gorgeous decor at a wedding is one of my favorite things!! The details speak volumes about a couple and their personal style – whether they’re classic, modern, natural, or bohemian – and they set the tone for the celebration of the night!

This year, our couples just outdid themselves with stylish details, stunning florals, and personal touches, and their teams of vendors pushed themselves to their creative limits! It was a JOY to take part in such a creative year!

Here’s our favorite details and decor that we were privileged to photograph this last year, plus the amazing lead designers and florists that made it all happen!

Bouquets were a fabulous mix of elegance and natural rustic this year, with so many wildflowers and organic elements being incorporated into the look of the florals.

The bridesmaids looked stunning this year in floor length gowns that were soft and sheer. Plus, they got to wear different shapes on top that flattered each girl. Love it!

Another trend I loved was the use of different colors and types of glassware. I love how they gave the perfect pop of color to these gorgeous tables!

I also loved the way our couples and coordinators got creative with different escort cards, particularly these cutouts, marble coasters, and beautifully designed signs!!

Natural touches and florals were HUGE this year, with lots of herbs like rosemary, sage, and lavender gracing the place-settings, as well as eucalyptus making a big impact on tables. I loved the organic and natural elements that were still done in a classic and elegant way!
