He was the tall, handsome guy she’d been told about.
When Tara moved into a new place a few years back, her new landlord couldn’t contain herself. After asking if Tara was single (Um, yes, nice to meet you, too…), she said she knew the perfect guy that Tara simply HAD to meet.
So when Tara met Troy for the first time a few weeks later, her heart was doing flips. He was even more handsome than she imagined – and as they laughed and washed dishes together at the party that night, it sunk in that this good hearted man was pretty darn special.
And Troy – he immediately saw the smiley, joyful girl that Tara was. Over Chinese food together the following night, he had that feeling deep down in his heart that this girl, the one who had serendipitously moved into the neighborhood just weeks before – this girl was the one.
And so it was – they fit together, and they never ever questioned it since that day.
Troy and Tara chose the Gatekeeper’s Museum in North Lake Tahoe for their destination wedding, and it was a little piece of heaven on earth!
And this joyful, genuine, lovely pair soaked it in every single second of it.
They breathed in the smell of pine needles and focused in on the lake’s waves lapping against the shore – and they let all the sweets sounds of their friends and family mingling and clinking glasses sink deep into their hearts to stay forever.
The feels are real! Jeff and I just loved this couple and their amazing families (and their fur-baby turned ringbearer, Frank) – you’re going to fall in love with them, too!
Stay tuned, friends! Tomorrow we’re sharing loads more from Troy and Tara’s Lake Tahoe wedding and it’s gonna be GOOOOOD!
Hugs,
Erin
