Max and Sarah are emotional, caring, and genuine people, but what I really want you to experience in Part Two of their wedding at Bommer Canyon is how they are two imperfect people that operate in the world with grace and gratitude. They are humble, they are joyful, and they know just how seriously lucky they are to have one another and to have their friends and family around them.
They have lived blessed lives, and they are thankful for what they have been given. Deep gratitude like this is a rare quality, and it humbles my heart to see these two demonstrate thankfulness so thoughtfully.
During her vows, Sarah admitted that they both have room to grow. They have their weaknesses and ways in which they can become better people, but that is what makes love so wonderful. Love is grace, forgiveness, and support. She looked into Max’s eyes and said, “You may be imperfect, but you are perfect for me.”
We’re beginning today at the end of the ceremony just after Max and Sarah walked back down the aisle and spent a moment to take it all in before the celebration began…
Max and Sarah: Thank you for your sweet hearts and joyful natures. I love how honest and real you are with each other and with those around you, and that you don’t hold back when it comes to celebrating. You are going to be so happy together because I know that you’ll fight for your marriage and for your love. And now we’re officially married friends! Whiskey soon?
Hugs,
Erin
