Simply the best combination of gallery tools, sales, and marketing to make passive income on prints.
Contracts, Leads, CRM
We use Tave to handle all our inquiries through the sales & booking process, then invoicing and workflow. This easily is worth a full time employee on it’s own!
What we love: Quality of printing, beautiful options, fast turnaround, amazing customer service.
Post Production / Editing
All our images for all 3 of our brands go through Freedom Edits. They edit to our color preferences, and they do amazing work!
Bags, bags, bags!
We’ve tested everything, and ThinkTank bags hold up to constant use and abuse. We use their Retrospective shoulder bags, Airport Security Rolling Bag, and their Production Manager bag (for our lighting.)
Blogging, Album Design
These guys are the real deal – they are always looking for ways to make photographers’ lives easier. We use Blogstomp to prep our images for blogging. They also have a great Album Design tool!
Best For: Newsletters to clients with simple marketing automations.
Best For: Advanced E-Commerce marketing strategies, with deep integrations. Relatively complex, but very powerful.
Best For: Someone who needs more than FloDesk, but less than Drip. Strict content marketers, with few signature products.
Popups that aren’t annoying and are good looking and customizable. We love this tool!
Even though we have the whole Adobe Creative Suite, this is just EASY for designing graphics for promos, IG stories, and Facebook Ads. It’s a must-have.
Digital Content Delivery
We use Podia to deliver all our courses and resources to fellow photographers (email templates, contracts, etc). Great support, great product.
Running the Business
Asana has completely replaced email within our team, and we use this on a daily basis to get everything done. In our opinion, it’s the best of the task management tools. We have a Premium account.
Payroll + Benefits
Stop your search for a payroll provider. These guys are THE BEST. They are completely disrupting an antiquated industry – they make managing payroll and onboarding of employees simple!
Backup of Files
One of our methods of backup of our in-process work. It mirrors whatever is on our local machine so we always have a backup. We use this in addition to off-site physical backups.
For quick messages (chat) between team members. And lots of Gifs.
We have Quickbooks online, and this is what our bookkeeper and accountant use. This allows us to log in at any time and run our own reports.
We have phone lines for each of our brands, and can answer and make calls from the computer or from desk phones. We love the live transcription feature so we never have to say “huh?” to a client.
