Jason and Kathy met while tutoring general chemistry at UC Berkeley (yes – these two are super smart). And since they both were from San Diego, they decided to drive down together one time for the holidays… a drive which turned into an eight hour road trip in which Kathy discovered three things about Jason: (1) he’s a crazy driver, (2) he has a hilarious sense of humor, and (3) he has an insanely sweet heart. That was over six years ago, and now Kathy can’t remember what life was like before she met this sweet guy named Jason and he can’t imagine the rest of his life without this amazing girl name Kathy.
These two are working their way through medical school and a PhD program, and no matter the day – whenever either of them has good news or bad news to share – they are the the one they want to share it with. They have very different schedules and challenges in their two lives, but they have supported each other through it all. From dropping Kathy off at 4am surgery rotations to knowing exactly what Jason needs at just the right moments, these two just get each other.
So what could be more perfect for their engagement session than the place where it all started?
