I am SO EXCITED to share Part Two of Lizzy and Ipp's engagement session at Corona Lake. These two win the award for Most Genius Engagement Session Idea for coming up with the idea of shooting their session on metal rowboats out in the middle of a gorgeous, secluded lake - when Lizzy suggested the idea to us, it was a total palm to the forehead moment of "why the heck haven't we done this sooner???" I love, love, love how everything turned out, I can hardly contain myself!
Are you kidding me? How stinkin' adorable are these two??
Lovin' the sunshine... It was such a gorgeous day.
Ha! Jeff had just fallen out of a tree... Long story...
Once we got sufficiently stuck in the reeds, we hopped up on shore and changed outfits.
Please excuse the inside joke for just a moment folks. Mr. Sean Davis, these two images are for you and for you only. Ha!
Like buttah. Love it!
I just can't get enough of Lizzy's laugh. And the one on the right is definitely a fave! I had told Lizzy that she had full permission to check Ipp out. This was Ipp's response....
Jeff asked if Lizzy could hop on Ipp's back, but Ipp had to do some stretches first...
Why do boys do this??? When we hop on their backs they refuse to actually catch us so we have to cling on like squirrels or something. Ha! Alrighty, moving on...
I *heart* this series. Mucho.
What a perfect way to end the day.
Lizzy and Ipp: You guys are - shall I say it? Oh yes I will - DA BOMB. We've always loved you two ever since we first met, and we're so blessed and humbled to be a part of this journey with you. You guys are more perfect for each other than I think you even realize, and I hope that Ipp makes you laugh, Lizzy, for the rest of your lives!
Hugs,
Erin

nice work jeff & erin!
Jill Chaze - Love love love all the pictures. I am so glad I got to take the workshop with you guys in New Orleans. You are two are both amazing and do awesome work.
Jim Collins - Wait … Ummmmm … Sorry. I’m always about 10 steps behind in these things… Just two questions. When did Jason and Elizabeth start dating and who said they could kiss? Eeeewwwww!!!!!
Truth be told I love every picture. But I love what they mean more. Elizabeth and Jason are very special to Angela and me and to our boys too. We’ve known and loved “Lizzy” since she was a child and we loved Jason the moment he shaved off his beard.
I am thrilled for both of them and for Richard and Kim and Stephanie and Sean and for the whole extended family. Thrilled in absolutely every respect.
Thank you so much, Jeff and Erin. I guess I’d say this work is up to your usual standards. Simply superb. You both know it’s your hearts I love, but I’ll admit that your work is very special to me too. Mostly because of what you’ve done for these people who are so close to me.
Can’t wait for what’s next.

Lizzy Villa - Dear Ippi-
Your beard looks awesome. I wish we had sound to go with these pictures so people could hear you speaking spanish to me to make me laugh, or rather naming Mexican foods… “Empanadas!”
Dear Jeff-
Did you realize that on this day you fell out of a tree and practically pulled a tree down on top of you? Oh and that your oars were broken the entire day? It was pretty much amazing.
Dear Erin-
I love how Jeff had you get on his back to get higher in the shot, but when you were on his back you were the same height as him. Oh and I also love that after we sat up from the “shoes over the side of the boat shot” we looked up and you were sitting in your little boat under the tree to get the right angle. It was adorable and still makes me laugh thinking about it.
Dear Everyone Else-
At the beginning of this session Jeff and Erin told us that their goal for the shoot was for us to be more in love at the end of the session than we were to start. Mission accomplished. Thank you for that
Robin McQuay Anderson - Sigh… I don’t even know these people and I love them! Beautful work.
Brian - Beautiful work! Very fun couple!

Lizzy Villa - Ahhh! I love these EVEN MORE than yesterday and I didn’t think that was possible! Thank you so much
julia - amazing, brilliant, beautiful!!!
Debbie - WOW. No words, just WOW. LOVE IT!!!
