Whitney would come up with any excuse she could think of to stop by the cute new intern’s cubicle (and that cute new intern was Eric).
Most of the time, it was because the coffee machine on her floor was “broken,” so she simply had to get coffee on the floor where he worked… and stop to chat, naturally. #totesadorbs
They got to know each other casually, secretly crushing from afar… Whitney taking special notice of how incredibly thoughtful Eric was, and he falling in love with her silly and competitive nature (which he totally has, too!).
But when Eric was officially hired on at the company, he became a little less shy about asking her to hang out. Eventually, that crushin’ feeling became too much to keep secret, so he took her on a drive along the water, parked at the beach, and turned right to her and admitted his feelings.
And they’ve never looked back!
They fell in love over competitive game nights and sweet dates in San Diego, and now they’re getting married next year at the lovely Lodge at Torrey Pines.
Eric and Whitney looked AMAZING at their oh-so-classic engagement session! We began by wandering the campus at University of San Diego, and then landed at Sunset Cliffs for a gorgeous San Diego sunset. It was perfection!
