Seeing how fun, friendly, and sweet these two are together, you would never guess how Abby and Grant first met.
Grant met Abby at the stables when a friend connected them, because the friend knew they would make a fabulous pair together. So she told Grant how sweet and wonderful and kind Abby is.
But when they were introduced, Abby was in the middle of something and only gave him a quick “hey.”
No smile, no hug. Nothing.
To Grant, this sweet girl wasn’t really living up to her sweet reputation!
But looking at these two now, that crazy intro didn’t last very long. These two laugh together CONSTANTLY, and it’s completely obvious that they’ve become best friends.
In fact, Abby has a certain smile that only comes out with Grant. When she looks at him and he makes her laugh, her eyes brighten with a big, genuine, beautiful smile that lights up the world.
Grant and Abby are getting married this fall in an elegant black tie affair at the Monarch Beach Resort (we’re so excited to work with the fabulous Keli of Monarch Weddings!), and we met up with Grant and Abby in Rancho Santa Fe for their engagement session with a very special guest, Abby’s beautiful horse, Milano!!
This session is making me weak in the knees because it combines my absolute favorite things – a classic look with a downright sentimental couple and a gorgeous horse! You’re going to LOVE this engagement session, my friends!
Grant and Abby: Jeff and I can’t stop raving about you guys!! I think my cheeks STILL hurt from laughing and smiling so much with you two!
