Every minute of their oh-so-long flight, Greg and Courtney were giddy with all the adventure that awaited them in Paris: crêpes and wine and patisseries and touring all the iconic landmarks in the city of love.
But Greg had one specific moment rolling over and over in his mind: the moment he planned to ask this gorgeous girl to marry him.
Their flight to Paris was delayed twelve hours (which probably felt like daayyys with a ring in your carry-on!), so the minute they arrived in the city, Greg took Courtney right to the Eiffel Tower, got down on one knee, and asked her to be his wife. SO ROMANTIC!
For the rest of their trip, they strolled the gorgeous cobblestone streets as fiancés. They took their time telling their families the news, so they had some room to dream of a life together with just the two of them.
Because that’s what these two do: they take time to savor the moment.
So when Greg and Courtney arrived for their engagement session in Torrey Pines, they didn’t just view it as another item to check off the wedding-day-planning checklist.
Instead, they intentionally rested all those wedding-decision-making muscles and leaned into the reason they are here: they. are. in. LOVE.
They focused on connecting, not posing perfectly…they prioritized each other, not worrying about the camera. And our dreamie-alarm-bells were ringing non-stop, my friends! Jeff and I just love these two!
(Sweetest part? Later they told us that when they sat in the car after the session, Greg turned to his pretty fiancé and told her “I fell even more in love with you tonight.” SWOOOOOOON)
Jeff and I have been gushing about this couple since that evening, and we’re so excited to share this one with you, friends!
