Will Rogers State Historic Park is a GEM. Jeff and I had never even heard of it until Liz mentioned it as a suggestion for their engagement photos and I feel cheated that I’ve never been here before. It’s the sprawling ranch estate of Will Rogers preserved by the state for residents to enjoy complete with his house, a polo field, riding rings, stables, a golf course, and breathtaking hiking trails. Jared and Liz spend hours hiking here so it was the perfect place to tell their love story – not to mention that Jeff and I went completely gaga over the eye-popping scenery!
Check out those blue eyes! No I didn’t do any crazy editing to them – they really are THAT blue!
This park is surreal. Sheesh.
One of my favorites that my sweet hubby made.
I loved the feeling inside the old stables with it’s quiet air and warm light.
Jared and Liz: We are so excited to be a part of the ‘super good friends’ club – I don’t think we’ve laughed that hard with ANYBODY! I seriously can’t wait until the wedding and until you guys move back to our neck of the woods. I have a feeling there’s a lot more laughing that we need to do together!
Hugs,
Erin
