Vali and Lauren walk this route together all the time. They stick their toes in the sand, wrap their arms around each other, and watch the water come in and out.
Their worlds are crazy busy. Between demanding jobs and full schedules, their time together is spent unwinding in their favorite places along the walking route – strolling the beaches of Windansea, visiting the sea lions at the cove, taking in the view in their favorite secret lookouts in La Jolla, and wandering the pathways along the cliffs.
But the real reason they do this walk so much is because they can just BE. They can be themselves, be relaxed, and – most importantly – be together.
Because for them, together is the best place they could ever possibly be.
We met up with Vali and Lauren to photograph them in their favorite places along their walking route, and it was simply magical! We started our adventure along the beach at Windansea, hit up their favorite spots in La Jolla, and then ended with the most romantic shoot EVER out on the rocks at sunset.
I’m in love with how these two laugh constantly, cuddle tightly, and dress so… cutely! LOL They get major style points for their adorable outfits, including Lauren’s long beautiful dress at the end of the session. Love these two!
Vali and Lauren: You guys rock our socks off. We had such an incredible time photographing your lovely smiles in your favorite places, and wish we could do it over and over again!! After that downright awesome-sauce session with you guys, your wedding can’t come fast enough! We can’t wait!
