Welcome back to the final part of Alex and Windsor’s charming Asheville wedding where we get to finish their story with a backyard BBQ at Windsor’s childhood home. This was our first time to a truly southern shindig, so Jeff and I had the perfect introduction to everything wonderful about North Carolina – the biscuits and jam, the warm summer nights, and the fireflies at twilight just to name a few.
Before heading into the party, though, we took Windsor and Alex aside to photograph them in the lovely golden light of the late afternoon. I am absolutely head over heels in love with these portraits and stoked that we get to start Part Three on such a gorgeous note!!
Alex and Windsor: Thank you so much for inviting us out to North Carolina and for your hospitality when we arrived. It was everything we ever imagined a southern wedding could be and we’ll never forget the beautiful moments we got to share (or the fireflies!). You guys are something special and we couldn’t be more excited to be married friends!
Hugs,
Erin
