Are you ready for some serious classic mixed with some serious pretty today? Tyler and Marlee’s wedding in Albuquerque was the perfect blend of significance, heart, elegance, and sweetness.
They chose their home church to have their emotional ceremony so they could be surrounded by their tight-knit community of family and friends. In fact, Tyler and Marlee chose special families and friends that have been a part of their individual lifelong stories to take part in their sand ceremony with them. Each family poured a small bit of sand into two larger vases that Tyler and Marlee then poured into one vase, signifying that their new unity is made up of everyone that has been a part of their lives up until that point. It was a heart-squeezing moment that I will never forget!
After the ceremony, everyone joined Tyler and Marlee at the Sheraton Uptown for an elegant night of dinner, toasting, dancing, and celebrating. Floriography crafted the perfect blend of rustic-elegant florals for the refined ballroom, and Occasion Services and Events transformed the space into a warm, inviting wonderland. Tyler and Marlee infused their own personalities into the night too by creating a craft soda bar with their favorite vintage sodas that guests could enjoy all night, and Marlee had a small cake placed at every table so that guests could dive into dessert right away. So cute!
Tyler and Marlee: You two are simply the best! Never lose your warm spirits and infectious joy – you both spread happiness to those around you without even trying, and it’s what we all love so much about the fact that you’re now officially married! We can’t wait to see you grow together and witness the beautiful things you are going to do as a dynamic duo!
