At first, Lenore wanted a small wedding.
But when she wrote down the list of her closest friends and family, the list was 250 people.
So the small intimate destination wedding, turned into a BIG intimate destination wedding in wine country.
And yes, I do mean that it was intimate.
Only Eugene and Lenore could pull off a giant celebration with 250 people and still make the entire thing feel completely intimate.
Every single guest was special.
Every single moment mattered.
They made sure of it.
Instead of a one night shebang in New York City, Eugene and Lenore chose to do a destination wedding in Santa Barbara wine country at the Crossroads Estate in Los Olivos, a place where everyone would come from across the country and around the world to celebrate for Memorial Day weekend.
Their biggest priority was to spend intimate time with every person. Eugene and Lenore wanted to make sure that their ‘I do’s’ were less about them, and more about the people that have made them into them.
Their wedding reflected this perfectly, and they spoiled their guests with everything they had. From wine to food to the gorgeous location and everything in between – everything made their friends feel like royalty.
So you probably guessed it – this wedding is so wonderful that this will be a three-parter on our bloggy-blog! It’s going to be a fabulous week, my friends!
The wedding weekend kicked off with an amazing Welcome Dinner where everybody came to the estate for wine, lawn games, wood-fired pizza, dinner and toasts. The theme of the night was color, color, COLOR, and the fabulous Lisa Gorjestani of Details Event Planning designed a gorgeously sweet event with every perfect little detail in place!
Stay tuned for Parts Two and Three of this beautiful destination wedding in Santa Barbara wine country, coming to the blog this week! I’m already googly-eyed over the images and the moments!
Hugs,
Erin
