Labor Day weekend was just what the life doctor ordered dear bloggy-blog. I’d like to say that I lounged by the beach, barbecued with friends, or took an exotic weekend vacation, but my weekend looked more dreamy than that – at least dreamy to my introverted self. I stayed in my PJs, cleaned the house, caught up on my podcasts, finally sewed lost buttons back on favorite shirts, went to happy hour with friends, finished season 4 of Downtown Abbey, and re-read one of my most cherished childhood novels, The Giver, in preparation to watch the movie this week.
It was awesome.
What made it even more awe(to the)some, was that we got to enjoy Jeff and Kristina’s pretty-in-pink wedding at The Villa San Juan Capistrano on Style Me Pretty the entire weekend! This wedding has always been a lovely favorite of ours, and it’s always so special to see our couples get even more recognition that they totally deserve!
