Daniel and Makenna never shy away from big dreams… in fact, they run full-force after them.
Makenna is a girl who wears her heart on her sleeve – she laughs full-out and she conquers her fears (and her friends LOVE her for it!). She’s chasing after becoming a chef, and her oh-so-contagious smile has been winning her pageants since she was a little girl.
Daniel is a Southern-California guy with a Southern-Gentleman kind of heart – he’s hard-working, always thoughtful, and he treats his girl like a queen. Makenna has been rooting for Daniel since he first dreamed of being a pilot – always believing the best in him – even sneakily sending his resumé to airlines to send his career into flight.
Every step of the way, Daniel and Makenna have been standing side-by-side.
So when he took her up in a plane and asked her to be his co-pilot forever, it was a dream-come-true for the both of them! And it’s been a series of dream-come-trues ever since…
We were crying happy tears right along with Daniel and Makenna at their Hotel Del Coronado wedding, because nearly every detail was a big surprise for them!
Makenna gave complete creative freedom for her wedding day to her godmother Emily Smiley, who just happens to be one of San Diego’s most talented event designers! Emily poured her heart and love into this design and created the most spectacular, luxurious wedding space… it was beyond anything Makenna and Daniel had dreamed of!
