With Josh and Daryl, their story just seemed to unfold naturally.
They’ve been best friends for a long time, so from the seriously-exciting step into dating to the seriously-serious step of moving to the same city… it really all felt like a no-brainer.
And when Josh got down on one knee at the National Mall in Washington DC, Daryl didn’t hesitate for a second. There’s no one she trusts more — and there’s no one he feels more like himself with — and so from her heart and soul, it was a resounding and unflinching YES.
Because together, they’re an unstoppable team.
Josh and Daryl chose to say “I do” at the lovely-lovely Lodge at Torrey Pines (one of our favorite places evahhh!). For Josh, who is obsessed with golf, and Daryl, a San Diego-native who is well-acquainted with those stunning ocean views, it was the perfect choice!
Their wedding day seemed to unfold in a slow-motion montage of perfect moments… all starting with giddy anticipation as they got ready, a First Look overflowing with peace, and a crew of bridesmaids and groomsmen that had squad-goals written all over it!
I’m so excited to dive in, friends! We’ll begin with all the goodness before their ceremony…
