Heidi was jealous, and she didn’t know why. A stranger was actively flirting with her friend Mark. It was innocent enough, but to Heidi, it was not ok. She and Mark met in med school years ago, and they had recently reunited and rekindled their friendship. They spent countless hours together laughing and talking about every subject imaginable, and while people kept asking if they were dating, they would reply that they were nothing more than friends.
But if they were just friends, then why was she so jealous all of a sudden?
It wasn’t long before they both realized that they had fallen for each other, and the sweet relationship turned into more. But even though they fell deeply in love and friends turned into boyfriend and girlfriend and soon after they were fiancés, Heidi got to walk down the aisle in a magical garden on a summer morning to the kind and handsome boy she met in school. She got to walk down the aisle to her best friend.
Heidi is an old friend of Jeff’s from his biology days in college, so we were deeply honored to share in her and Mark’s precious wedding day at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. Their lovely garden ceremony melted our hearts and the small intimate reception was perfect for these two lovebirds. It was a romantic affair from top to bottom, and it’s the perfect thing for our dear readers to swoon over this holiday weekend!
