When they imagined their wedding day, Griffin and Neva had a clear vision in their hearts.
He could picture the morning of — taking a deep, contented breath with his buddies buttoning up their jackets next to him. He could see himself walking outside to the gorgeous grounds of Rancho Valencia, spending those important moments connecting with his dad, and Neva’s dad, too.
And he could see Neva, with her big beautiful smile as she walked down the aisle towards him.
In her heart, Neva imagined the early moments of the day with her most important people – but especially her parents – knowing that all the emotion of bringing these two families together would sit deeply and joyfully in her heart. She dreamed of the ceremony where they’d exchange vows among their closest family and friends.
As they explained the scene to Jeff and I, they anticipated that everything would be oh-so-joyful.
Griff and Neva might just be fortune tellers, because JOY really was the undercurrent of their entire gorgeous wedding day!
We absolutely love how these lovebirds treasured their family on this day… Griff even had his two grandfather’s initials sewn into his jacket lining as a way to honor their memory and legacy.
Griff and Neva’s sweet relationships with their family made this a wedding we’ve been eagerly awaiting for MONTHS. We just love their hearts!

Jennifer Cole crafted the incredibly stunning fresh florals, Anthology Films captured the day on video perfectly, and Spencer Bezy of Mobile Music Plus kept everyone up on their feet all night long!
