Are you ready for some serious pretty today? Jeff and I photographed this golden glam inspiration shoot quite a while ago with the seriously talented ladies at Couture Events and Blush Botanicals for a feature in Exquisite Wedding Magazine (which was downright delightful), so I’ve been selfishly enjoying these images here in the studio until we could publish them here for your viewing pleasure.
And what a pleasure this shoot was! I mean, WOW. Krystel at Couture Events put some serious glam on this inspiration tabletop – from the rose-gold draped sequin linen from La Tavola Linen to the gold sequin wrapped florals to the gold painted macaroons from Sweet Lydia’s to the gold candlesticks to the golden silverware and gold-rimmed glasses, this shoot said ‘SHIMMER’ from top to bottom. Alex from Blush Botanicals put a soft spin on the florals with an elegant creamy look, and Dear Darling Calligraphy added a lovely touch with watercolor menus.
We photographed this table almost exclusively on medium format film, which rounded out the vintage chic feel of this entire design. I also love that this shoot shows off the individual talents of each vendor so well, but that it all feels completely cohesive. We’re like one mind….
