It’s a day of whimsy here on the bloggy-blog with Kym and Jason’s Timeless Romance wedding at Seven Degrees in Laguna Beach. As you saw in Part One, these two are quirky yet classy, offbeat but elegant, unpredictable and loved. Everything about this day was a journey through time. Their wedding theme, ‘Timeless Romance’, meant that nothing from history was too romantic for their wedding day, and they chose the modern space of Seven Degrees to contrast the over-the-top magical whimsy from their favorite storybooks that they infused into the decor.
nviting Occasion did a splendid job on the florals, interpreting their vision perfectly with hurricane candles wrapped in music, tied with ribbons, and adorned with flowers and angel wings. Inside, the wooden reception tables from Found Vintage Rentals were layered with old books and the pages were used as cute-and-quirky origami elements. The talented production folks at Seven Degrees lit the space with precision and created an atmosphere of delightful charm, which made it feel as if guests had stepped into the storybook romance of Kym and Jason themselves.
This day was nothing short of magical, beginning with the evening ceremony after the sun set below the horizon.
Jason and Kym: Thank you for inviting us into your story and for allowing us to hop into the sandbox with you to play. You guys are going to live such a delightful life together and I hope that the whimsy never fades or grows dim in your hearts! Here’s to many more years of Timeless Romance!
