Christian comes from a family of four brothers, all different in style and personality but looking exactly alike when they smile and laugh. Which they do a lot together. And they make other people laugh a lot too, including April, the first girl that came into the family and instantly won the hearts of the major players. Her cheerful personality, offbeat humor, and ability to drink with the best of the them solidified her permanent place in the household, and it was evident during the wedding day that the general consensus was that everyone was gaining a sister and a daughter as well as a best friend for life. In fact, the brothers are so competitive with each other that they were ready to concede that Christian, the oldest of them all, may have won the whole game of life because there was no way that it could get any better than April. How could they possibly find a girl that could laugh deeper, smile bigger, and party harder while keeping up with the boys AND looking downright gorgeous all at the same time?
Christian had simply found it all in this tough, positive, and beautiful girl.
Christian and April live in the downright adorable neighborhood of Del Sur so it only made sense for them to hold their traditional Catholic ceremony at the beautiful St. Therese of Carmel and host the reception right down the street from their home at The Ranch House, a lovely organic venue that overlooks the rolling hills of Del Sur and Santaluz. Before we begin, there’s two things you need to know about Christian and April. First, they never stop laughing so stretch out your cheeks because it’s going to be a smile-fest on the bloggy-blog today, and second, April saw Alexia’s dress from her Brownstone Gardens wedding back in June and had to have the same one! I was so thrilled that our fabulous brides were inspiring each other in the best way possible!
We began the day with the girls at Christian and April’s home in Del Sur before heading over to St. Therese for the First Look.
We have so much more to share from Christian and April’s wedding at The Ranch House in Del Sur. We’ve only just begun so stay tuned for more portraits of this dynamite couple along with all of the cute reception details and the off the hook dance party tomorrow!
Hugs,
Erin
